The Cottage Bar Cart has all the must-haves for your next Cliff St. Happy Hour.
The living area has a open fireplace with Smart TV and cottage streaming accounts - Netflix and Stan. Immersed yourself deep in the king size sofas and relax or unplug with a selection of books and magazines or family night for board games.
The bathroom is complete with a shower/bath with twin rain and jet shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided with vanity facilities, while fresh fluffy house towels are ready and waiting.
Pull up a chair and watch the yacht's drift over the harbour or front row seats to stunning sunrises and sunsets of pastel skies. Spend your mornings or afternoons, reading a book shared with a coffee or wine and soak up the natural scenery.

We all love our pets and when booking a holiday and trying to figure out where our pet will stay is the most complicated part. Well not anymore, your pet is more than welcome to can come and unwind and relax with you and the family.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are subject to Terms and Conditions of Occupancy.
In the event of a change or cancellation of a Booking, management should be contacted immediately.
The deposit is 100% refundable (*minus platform service fee) for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date and 50% refund for cancellation between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
Cancellations must be made by 12.00pm on the appropriate day.
Please note that deposits and all payments through booking platforms are retained by the platform provider, the host does not receive any payments until after check-in date.
Additional Notes
We also provide a porta cot and highchair on request – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
